FIRE AS A MEETING POINT

In ancient cultures and up to the last few decades, fire has always been a medium. That is why in many houses the kitchen has been the sitting-room, the hottest room, the area of discussion and shelter. Even now, the kitchen takes on the importance of many houses in our everyday life, and that is why we have always sought to open the kitchen to the living room in our designs. In some cases, even the kitchen itself became a huge piece of furniture.
In the Asiat site, the oven is the central focus. It is some privacy to the area since is surrounded by trees. We think, therefore, that a kitchen, which is design in the old way, makes sense in there. We want to turn the kitchen and the oven into a large, modulated piece of furniture where people can cook, sit, meet, have conversations, warm up and enjoy a gentle atmosphere in general.
Besides, there is a need of covering the oven so the maintenance of it will be easier over the time. To do that, a tent like structure was proposed. These kinds of structures are usually light weighted, and fast to build. On the other hand, the materials that can be used, such as wood pillars or ropes, are usually within reach.
Overall, this proposal is ever so flexible with different. Different pizza makers would be able to fix their working space as pleased and clients could use the space as they see sit. This way the relationship between the customer and the service will be closer.
